AGREEMENT

This agreement for (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” ) is made at Rawalpindi on Date.

By and Between

Safari View Heights _LLP, registered under the laws of Pakistan, presently having its head office at, Blue Arc, Plaza No.4, Eiffel Tower Commercial, Main Expressway, Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, represented through its CEO Mr Yasar Maqsood (hereinafter referred to as “Developer”)

AND

{{$customer->customer->name}} S/o {{$customer->customer->father_name}}, holding CNIC No. {{$customer->customer->cnic}} , Islamabad (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer” which expression shall mean and include his legal heirs, legal representatives, employees, successors-in-interest and assigns) (Both parties to the Agreement shall be collectively referred to as “Parties”)

Whereas:

i) Developer is constructing a multi-storied building complex under the project name, “Safari View Heights” (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”)

ii)       Buyer is desirous of purchasing Apartment / Shop # {{$statement->inventory->unit_number}} , {{$statement->inventory->floor ? $statement->inventory->floor->name : '______'}} Floor measuring {{ $statement->inventory->size->name }} sq. ft. in the Project
          of Developer and has applied through Booking Form bearing serial No.____________ of Developer.(hereinafter           referred to as “Booking Form”) which contains all the terms and conditions with regards to the sale of the
          unit with which the parties wish to bind themselves;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing understanding and the mutual covenants set forth herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:-

1.        That the booking form shall be integral part of the agreement.

2.        That the terms and conditions of Booking Forms shall be binding on Parties.
3.        No amendment to the Agreement shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by or on behalf of each of the            Parties.
4.        The Parties are independent entities and nothing herein contained and no course of dealing between the            Parties will create or be deemed to create an agency, partnership, employer-employee, joint venture or any            other relationship, fiduciary or otherwise between the Parties, and/or between their respective employees            and the other party, and no party shall act on behalf of the other party, or present itself as an agent or
           representative of the other party.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties have set their respective hands to Agreement at Rawalpindi on the date month and year first above written after fully understanding the contents of the same without undue influence, pressure, threat or coercion.
